First, your degree has to be declared equivalent, in the U.S. If you graduated after January 2003, a four year bachelors is not acceptable. If equivalent, then you'll take the TOEFL and FPGEE, If you pass, then you will intern for a certain number of hours. After that, you will take the NAPLEX and the MBJE. Pass, and you're a fully licensed pharmacist.
