Have a light lunch, strong coffee, lots of water, get up and walk around, splash your face with cold water and have strong mints. Hopefully a combination of those might do the trick.

I verify i'm getting adequate sleep! consume a breakfast consume a lunch not a extensive one that makes you sleepy too i snack on healthful issues including fruit I drink tea and low i stay busy that's best if your doing some thing you would be unable to sleep! i upward push up from my table and walk around a minimum of one million time an hour to get the blood flowing! splash water on my face on undesirable days some thing i found out not till now is I also have a comfortable underactive thyroid ( i grew to become into a great deal shocked cuz i'm so skinny) besides the shown fact that it' is the extra advantageous reason i want to sleep each and all of the FREAKING TIME! so i'm on medicine and that i think of this is beginning as much as help! :) not probably specific some days are extra advantageous then others!

Stop the Nasik Lemak la.. ..i still don't understand how people can have a BIG breakfast at 9am and rush to the Mamak stall at 12pm. No wonder there are more and more Fitness centers opening.
For lunch eat less nasik - maybe just 1/2 bowl and more veggies. I think even too much red meat also make one sleepy.
Some more, going out to lunch in the afternoon on a hot day will make one feel tired later. Maybe ta-pow the food or eat out when it's cooler.

Stop the nasi lemak mah, or have nasi lemak for breakfast but make sure 2 make good use of the calories...Work it.
For lunch if u had nasi lemak for bf then don't go for rice(nasi campur, nasi minyak, nasi goreng n etc)..
have mee hoon(rice vermicelli)/chapati/salad/fish/sandwich also a glass of coffee with less sugar & no milk esp; condensed milk(lazat dan berkrim) who drinks this,, yuck...
"Rice vermicelli" yeah i know rice but then it's a better opt for ur carbo n i read somewhere it beat lao shu fen(Short Rice Noodles) in an overall nutrient fact.. Exp: how much oil, protein n recovery of muscle, contains of carbo n etc.. the race for the no 1 spot was between lao shu fen, kway teow, mee kuning, mee hoon n forgot another one.. hmmm
Nvm coz it was mee hoon who bcame da champion nway..
If it's rice for lunch then only hav rice as big as ur fist not more than dat...n try goin for dishes that has less coconut(masak lemak, rendang, certain curries n etc) n less oil (goreng pun sodap, soaked in oil like certain curries, sambals, masak merah n etc). option for more veges especially green crunchy ones..
It's a must to drink a lot of plain water coz the air-con will not only make u sleepy but also dry up ur body.. Do a bit of stretching / office exercises & walkabouts as well..
I hope this helps ..

Stops having heavy breakfasts la. Nothing killls your matabolic rate (which determines energy levels) faster than carbo loading, especially first thing in the day.
I keep wet wipes in the office and natural tears eyedrops, which works well after you splash cold water on your face and go for a walk around the office.

(1) Find the challenge in whatever work you are doing (pick a key issue and convince yourself that it is challenging to resolve that issue and get excited mentally over it).
(2) Get off your chair every 30 minutes to get a drink of water, to the toilet, just walk around the office, or make that quick call that you have been putting off, and then back to work (walk at fast pace, that will also show your boss that you "look" busy)

Go outside and talk a walk. Look at something different besides walls, telephones, computers, etc. Think about something different other than work. Even if it's for a few minutes, it's refreshing.
