i am pretty sure that there is a web site if you google background checks, for a price, you can input all the info you have about this person and it'll spit everything out about them for you, im 100% sure you can do this if your willing to pay money for it.
P.S. dont mind the people that said your a stalker, your just trying to get the money you want from the accident, i understand!

If you have all the above information why do you need their place of employment? If you contact them at work...you could get into trouble yourself. Just trying to help you out before you make a mistake.

i would rent a cargo van and sit outside their house until they go to work and then follow them. be sure to get plenty of beer because you could be there awhile. and bring a bucket in case you gotta go potty. be sure to have a gun and some ammo with with you. just in case.
