My wife is being harassed by her boss - abusive text messages including threats to her job security and unwanted hugging and sexual advances. What can we do about it?

My wife is this bloke's only employee. They work in real estate as a team. He is effectively her mentor within the industry - she has only several months' experience.

At work if he doesn't get his own way - including if my wife does not let him hug her - he stops talking to her and then starts sending a stream of abusive text messages either threatening to sack her or saying things life: 'If you don't like me, f*#% off".

He phones or texts her every day she is not at work (even when away on holiday) and if my wife does not reply immediately the abusive text messages start up again.

He makes comments about making life hell for other people who have worked for him and left - because of this my wife is frightened that she cannot leave or he will try to ruin her life.

I need something that can help me decide what kind of career I want to pursue. What I need is a site that has a survey thing that asks about your interests, prefences in working conditions, pay, etc, then comes up with a list of careers that might interest me based on my answers. And to top it off, preferable free.

For example, I like to write random blogs, play video games, listen to music, meeting new people, talking with people about their social problems, feel the urge to travel, I enjoy being around kids, am metro, (therefore I need a pretty good pay for clothes hehe), and love dogs.

Not sure if that helped but the point is something specific. Not sure if there is such an advanced thing. Plus it sounds too good to be true if it doesn't charge you. Well, does anyone know something of the like? I would really appreciate your help cause I'm about to go into my senior year and therefore start thinking about what I want to do. Thanks, my future is in your hands :P. Hehe jk

My place of employment is very disorganized and chaotic. I have done my best to deal with it, but it is starting to really take it's toll on me mentally and that is leading to it taking a toll on me physically. I have tried talking to 2 of the partners, and nothing happens. They seem to understand the problems, but don't do anything to change the problems. I am not the only one who is discouraged and frustrated. I am tired of venting about it and realize that it's time to put a solution in place. Since nothing is going to change amongst the partners, I think it is best for me that I move on. I want to sit down with the senior partner and let him know that I may begin looking for another job and the reasons why, as no one has gone to him to let him know how low moral is around the offic.e I am scared of getting fired for going to him, but I feel like it should be done, like I need to be honest with him (he's truly a wonderful man). What is your opinion?

I am just covering my butt. I have problems sleeping when we have a conflick. I have tried to talk to her, but it does not work. I know my job, but she thinks I do not know how to do things.

We are thinking about moving out of state but we are waiting for our house to sell. A company has offered me a position but I have to go to the new state in order to work. I'm sure other people have done this. What are the pros and cons. I would have to work out a schedule to come back at least once a month for a visit. I have 2 kids which are 2 & 6 yrs old. Would it be wrong to ask the company to pay for these visits?

Making Cash at age 15 through ways such as Clickbank etc...?
What are some good ways to make money at age 15? I am quite advanced in computers, and I also play many sports. I have thought about reffing soccer and hockey, but I would rather do something over the computer. I have heard about this thing called Clickbank. Any opinions on it? Also, any other ways to make money over the computer at my age?

Thanks

I'm hopefully going to be graduating soon with an associates in IT, and I'm hoping to find a job that will have a place for me. I'd really like to be a website designer or maaaaybe graphic design, I'm creative, and have some artistic skills, and a fast learner, with some experience in it (devoloped church website). Is it possible to get a job that pays around 30K-40K with an associates? I've been in school for nearly 4 yrs just getting the associates, (working nights slowed me down), and I'm sick of school now (I know, I know, bad). Is experience worth anything over a Bachelors degree?? I hope so! thanks for the advice!

Is there not a limit as too how much they can make you work?
My husband can not hire or fire people. He is a finance manager at an auto dealership. They schedule him already for 25 hours a month overtime and that is scheduled not the real hours he ends of working due to a once a week mandatory meeting and its too bad if it fall on your day off. Plus the first of the month is AHOD (all hands on deck) So you can never plan anything on your days off. Please advise if anyone knows about these things. Thank You1!

Today my husband was at work at his job for 4 years. His tyrannical boss screamed at him and normally he has always taken it. However this time he screamed back. All he said was "No it wasn't!" and my husband was only answering him anfter this guy screamed "Yes it was!" Then he was suspended for 3 days. However he would not sign the suspension. So basically this boss was mad becuase my husband went to his other boss who is the next in line(yes my husband used the proper chain of command) It was like he was being retaliated for just stating his opinion. I don't know. Its just not fair it seems after all the time he has put in.
Thanks
