I don't actually know, but I do know that the beginning manager or perhaps even the experienced manager is going to be working nights and weekends if that makes a difference one way or the other. And stores such as Target seem to have a high turnover rate in addition to a lot of 'young' people that you may have to micro-manage. Just a word to the wise though perhaps if you really enjoy management and would like to get experience in that kind of job, it may what you are looking for. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
