I just got out of high school and I started my business. I am still in the implementing stages so I haven't gone out to get business but next month I should be rolling in cash. Anyway, email me and tell you more. Also, the IRS sucks balls!!! I haven't even made a sale yet and I have to file forms not relating to my EIN.

First you gotta decide what you're going to do
Then, pick a name
Then, file papers with the Secretary of State to form a corporation (or form a dba)
Then, open a company bank account and line of credit
Then, get a seller's permit (if selling) and get your business license (throught the city)
Buy equipment,
do sales & marketing, research
hire employees, etc.
