What are the requirements for USAF or RCAF to be a pilot.
And can corrected 20/20 vision acceptable, or is that a 100%definite disqualifier?

I know there are certain height, medical, and physical requirements, along with certain GPAs, graduate degrees and licenses.

Some of the detailed requirements can be found here for OTS:

Many will point you to the Air Force Academy, although a great choice, it's not the ONLY way to go. There are various other methods to become an Air Force pilot. However, all pilots must go through OTS and Air Force pilot school training... not to mention good ol' survival school at Fairchild AFB, WA!

FYI - Corrective surgery to 20/20 is acceptable but LASIK is out.

In the USAF , you must be an officer , which means you must have a college degree.
Once in service you may apply for flight school but the competition is fierce and the academy people sort of have first shot. ( the ones who did their whole college program at the academy in Boulder , Colorado)
RCAF - IDK
