I'm 20 years old and currently live at home. I'm helping pay the bills and I work in a factory. I've worked there for 3 years and make 10 dollars an hour. This factory only has 1st shift. I want to go to college, but to do that I'd basically have to quit my steady job. My boss is easy to get along with and so is everyone else in the place. It's a small company, less than 20 people. I don't have a college fund, so I'd have to get loans to cover books and tuition. I'm helping pay the bills at home and if I quit my job, my mother could possibly lose the house. I want to live without having to worry so much about having the money to pay bills. I know about online courses but I believe I would benefit more by being in the classroom. What should I do?

I recently needed to go to my boss's house to drop off her cell phone that she had left in the office. I knocked on her door- no answer. I rang the door bell- no answer. So i looked in the window and witnessed my boss running accross the room from the bathroom into her room- butt naked. It was an image forever burned into my memory and no amount of therapy has gotten it out yet. lol

I design websites, very small scale, not making enough money to report to file taxes on, but I want to expand and make enough money to support myself. I know this means I'll have to start filing taxes, but do I need a business license if I want to continue doing this?

I just finished Los Angeles Harbor College with an AA degree. I wanted to become an RN but cannot even attend school because of the livescan they require now. I need some advice and direction on what to do with my life? I'm a smart woman and a hard worker. Right now I am doing caretaking and it doesn't pay much even with my experience. I am trying to branch out on my own and have great references.

I am going through the hiing process and the next step is the Psychological exam. I have heard that there are five psychiatrists who sit there and yell in your face for five hours straight. Is that true? What can I expect?

I'm a college undergraduate going to University of Texas at Tyler, in Tyler Texas. I grew up in a small town called Kemp, off of Cedar Creek Lake. I'm currently 21 years old, Junior in my BBA in Management with a minor in finance, expect 3.79 GPA when I graduate.

I am a very social person. When I was 17 I became a Blockbuster Manager, and stayed there for 4 years. When I moved to continue my education, I started working for Chili's as a server.

If I were to tell a financial firm such as JP Morgan, or any higher classed Fortune 100 company this history, would they just laugh at me since I didn't attend and couldn't afford Ivy Leagues or MIT?

What kind of opportunities do I have with this kind of background? I planned on doing an internship this summer also.

I am 19 years old, planning on attending college this coming fall for pre-med. I was wondering if there are any certificates I can get to get a part-time job at the hospital doing hands on work. I volunteer there regularly so it looks good on my resume. I'm not very good with the elderly, so I'm not looking for a CNA. Please help so I have a job in the medical field until I get my *** into med school and graduate. Thanks, guys!

I have to fire an employee later today and am still alittle nervous about doing it. I hate to do it but it has not worked out. How can I put this into words? How would you handle this situation?

I found them through careerbuilder.com, and while the company itself seems legit (they're a shipping resolution company), their job offer seems entirely too good to be true and a bit shady... they need you to open a paypal account, receive money transfers through paypal from their clients and then once a week you need to withdraw the funds from your account and transfer them via Western Union to "S.R.G. Inc." Co. They sent me a contract, and it asks nothing of me on my part other than what I just mentioned... but I'm not sure of how the contract would hold up in court seeing as though it was from the UK and fairly vague. It seems odd to me that their clients wouldn't be able to send them the funds directly...

That's their website, if you click on the "vacancies" link on the left side, it takes you to the same spot the careerbuilder ad did "to apply."

Please advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!!!!!!

I need some advice. I have been working as a contractor for about 1.5 years. Two months ago signed a new contract for a 1 year extension. I report to a friend of mine on the contract. My contract has a 1 month exit clause.

I have recently been offered another contract which is for 30% more money, just a few blocks from my home and with more long term prospects.

My dilema is do I leave my current job and risk damaging the friendship (and potential references) or do I stick it out?
