I am 45yo and know I don't want to do what I am doing now for the rest of my life. I want to be out of sales by the time I am fifty - no later. How long should I wait to make a change or, should I do it now?

POINT BLANK: How much less 'marketable' is a 50yo in comparison to a 45yo or, will it make no difference?

Basically, I love the work of Registered nurses. They help out patients, and help them with their needs. I would like to become one, but the problem is that..I get very squimish when It comes to withdrawing blood, and starting IVs. Can this be a problem? Do most RN's take out blood?

I have a strong interest in martial arts and eastern philosophies. I have studied martial arts before but never got a black belt. For most part I study it on my own now. I also like anime and cartoons alot. I watch them and think about some of the philosphical principles and concepts they have. Well some of them at least. I am also not sure what kind of a career to purse. thank you in advance for any advice.

A friend of mine and I were talking about starting a program in our area for teenagers. We came up with different aspects for the program including:

Self and Social Awareness
Health
Business (i.e. money management, business skills)
Job Skills
Tutoring to improve scores

Could anyone help on what resources would be helpful? How to go about doing this?

I recently graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering focused in semiconductors and I am in need of a staffing firm specializing in helping me find an entry level job. I would love to join those rotation/leadership programs in the big semiconductor companies or join the smaller ones for entry level positions.

Hi, I was in charge for the delivery of some posters signs that were asked to print by a person whom I told that the deadline was already too short and that it would be very hard to meet; we had to finish it by 6pm and took it all the way to 10pm, the question is that the final client does not know that I received the job the same day instead of two days before that it was given to my client.

I need to make the invoice and at the same time try to explain why I was late since they think I received this job two days before, but I dont want to end acusing the person who gave me the job that very same day...

Any ideas on how to explain this situation without pointing all the faults on my direct client? I just want to be diplomatic.

Thanks for your advice!
