I recently graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering focused in semiconductors and I am in need of a staffing firm specializing in helping me find an entry level job. I would love to join those rotation/leadership programs in the big semiconductor companies or join the smaller ones for entry level positions.

Many reputed companies post their job vacancies on job websites like Careerbuilder,Hotjobs,Monster and Craigslist. Applying online for jobs on these job boards is a good way of getting a job with a reputed company. You could also search for jobs using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed.
