23 yrs old and above, female, a person to answer calls and inquiries...computer literate, at least college graduate, knowledge in a clinic type setting is an advantage, fast learner

I would check out posting on one of the job sites like yahoo jobs, monster, career builder. They're fairly reasonable cost wise, & will get you quicker response. Or just go to sites & check out resumes posted there.
