Is it difficult to become a licensed realtor? How long would it take? Courses? Cost??

The test is pretty difficult but not impossible. In Michigan it is a 40 hour class and usually cost under $400. try this website www.hollowaysinstitute.com.

Not difficult - usually you take a one weekish class or a few weeks class and take a test.

Some firms will have thier own classes... call some local offices to see what thet offer.
