Basically, I love the work of Registered nurses. They help out patients, and help them with their needs. I would like to become one, but the problem is that..I get very squimish when It comes to withdrawing blood, and starting IVs. Can this be a problem? Do most RN's take out blood?

As a nurse you are going to see a lot of blood. There is no way around this. but if you want to help people there are other medical related jobs you can get. Its very noble to want to help people.

What is this junior, It is only a part of the job.
Being an RN you have to do a lot of work similar to this every day.

Simply think this is the one and only man kind you can do when one actually in need, indeed.

Besides RN is one of the most lucrative cash earning job in the United states an mind average salary of an RN in the US is $ 30 to $ 90 per hour.

Yes, I am sure that you can Overcome this problem when the job starts, and wish you a happy RN job.

It could become a problem. You are going to see blood and see other people draw blood administer shots and IVs. RN's learn to draw blood and most definitely learn to start an IV. Now if they actually do it, well that depends where they work.( ie if there is a phlebotomist on staff or they can just make the MAs (medical assistants) do it!) But it is not that bad.

I know RNs have to set up IV's, administer shots, etc. I think you can overcome your phobia though with time.
