I'm 40 now, have been blessed to have been employed in television for 16 years, but am now under pressure to "get a real job", i.e. one that ensures job security. (Translation: parents are done helping me financially.) I adapt well to new situations, but without computer/clerical skills, and without the ability to work in a confined environment 9-5, I don't know where to begin. I googled career aptitute tests, but none are free assistance, that I found. If you know of a website to help me find out "what I want to be when I grow up", please respond. I've temped corporate for a week, and frankly, if I had to do it everyday, I'd likely take my own life! Kudos to those of you that can do it, but it's not for me. I'm an actor and writer (hoping to publish my 1st novel), and need guidance for someone with these unmarketable skills. I'm not a bartender, nor have I waited tables. And please don't suggest anything in the "adult industry". SERIOUS help requested only. Thanks.
