Are you working a contract? What are the conditions?

If you are a normal employee, what were the terms under which you were hired?

You need to see a lawyer. The easier course of action is to quit.

If you can and want to, do it.
If you don't want to then start searching for another job, after all, happiness is more important than money and im "sure" working 7 days a week is giving you much stress!

do you hav a contract with him??? if you do than what are the conditions,,if the conditions doesnt say anethin about you working everyday than you should talk to him......if the conditions do tell you to work everyday than you cant do anything about it except for quitting...but before quitting let him know how you think about working everyday....
