how do i found my w2 forms for work for the 2006 year?

would like to pull up the employee w2 form for Industrial Staffing Services in the city of Chicago, IL for the year 2006

They should be mailed to you by the end of January.

You company has until Feb 1st to mail you the forms. But you can always talk to your Human Resources department or the Payroll department to know when they will send it out.

I have worked before in a place where they as well gave me a secured site to pull up my W-2...you might want to ask.
