Getting the degree is only half of it. If admitted to the FBI program or whatever it is called (it is kind of like Police Academy -- actually it is not, but it is a place where they weed out all the weak and keep a few strong. ) You will have to exceptional to get admitted and to stay up with all the admitted fbi students. The students that you will be up against will probably have a lot more experience than you. They probably have been training for 10+ years. So you have to think about that.
Don't get intimidated! If this is what you want to do, then do it. Hopefully, you make it but not everyone can get in and a lot of people tries out for it. Unfortunately, most don't get admitted.
Also, make sure you have a clean criminal history record. No felonies!
Get a 4.0 in college and you will probably get admitted to the fbi program. I would say that you will have to take a fbi entrance exam (not for sure if this is what it is called but some kind of exam to thin the herd a little).
One more thing, if they ask you "Would you arrest your own mother?" Tell them, you wouldn't. This is what they want to hear. They know that no person (in the United States) would arrest there mother.
A political science degree with a minor in criminology might be a good combination instead of just a political science degree.

Siena is a decent college. How are your grades? The FBI looks at people in many different fields.
There are job fairs at SIena, I would assume that the FBI goes there, talk with them, see what they want. I you can pick up a few semesters of a language - something of middle eastern origin, it would probably help. I would think you could pick something like that up at SUNY Albany. Make sure you are physically fit and don't even get a speeding ticket. Make sure you are squeeky clean.

To increase your chances, get your degree, with Accounting as a good choice, and having a second language such as Spanish being another positive. You should also be in very good physical shape. Go to the below link to learn more. Good luck.

It's hard but you have a shot at it as much as anyone else does. Study hard and find out as much as you can about the entry tests and applications you'll need to get in. Usually they take ex military and ex police officers.

You do have a chance, a slim one unless you stand out. Along with a very clean background check and excellent psychological examination, if you are bilingual would increase your chances.
