I'm an executive before i quit the job, so i'm not cover under MOM Employment Acts. I have done my exit clearance, handover all existing jobs to my manager & signed off the clearance form by myself & manager. However, after 2 weeks, they said that i have violated the company rules & refuse to pay my last month salary.
MOM said they cannot help me & ask me to seek outside help. My alternative is to enage a lawyer but this will be costly. Anyone can help me whether there other alternatives? thank you.

But, if we didn't work, we couldn't provide for a family. In France they work like 35 hour weeks and have 2 months of vacation.

That is living the life!

A little history:
I worked for "Company A" for 5.5 years, at which time, it was acquired by "Company B", and the name was changed to match that of "Company B."

Soon, "Company B" wanted to move everything to another state (which I checked out, but didn't like), so I went to work for a competitor at "Company C."

I worked at "Company C" for 2.5 years, when "Company B" came around and bought us! The name of "Company C" was changed to reflect the fact we were now "Company B", and my time was merged to show 8 years of service with "Company B."

Eventually, they wanted us to move again. Knowing I didn't want to live there, I went off and found a job at "Company D", in an entirely different industry.

Back over at "Company B", they've since changed their name to "Company E", so everyone now knows them as such.

Now, how in the heck do I reflect this on my resume', when all HR records are under "Company E", but the names have changed over the years?

I'm a successful telemarketer & am always looking for way to increase my sales. Then it hit me - call the people lying in hospital beds recovering from injury, illness, surgery, etc. It is not like they are busy or going anywhere so are more likely to listen to my sales pitch. Furthermore, have nothing to do and will be eager to hear about (and more importantly) buy my product. This is an untapped market and I see nothing but increased sales. Can anyone tell me how I get the phone numbers for these hospital recovery rooms?

Every where i go to give interview. They ask me you have experience. but i am fresher. I not have experience means i can't get job.
I have talent to show the world what I am? I completed my graduation and side by side computer courses. This is all I am done while doing part time jobs. But now i am thinking in this world no value for fresher, not for there talent, there dreams.
Everybody think about experinced person means what about fresher. When he/she become experienced then. Help them.
Please give chance to freshers because they also want to become experienced.
