so my boss ask me how im i doing.i said im fine im trying the best i can to learn.work is about food and entertainment.coz' my experiences is about food and customer services.and my trainor doesn't really helping me at all.he is not friendly or approachable to help a new person at work.i keep ask question about the work some other manager.but it seems there not very a helpful person either.coz' im come from outside when they hired me!so my boss talk to me in the office about what was happening in my training?but for him im not fast learner.i have to learn food and theather.but im not trained properly.so told me maybe one day you'll be surprised if you get fired!so i don't know what to do.but im trying my best i can.so one manager saw me and ask if im okey.so i said im fine.but i told him anyway. he answer but your new and there's a lot to be learned.s he offered that he will help me.and he also go to the boss and say that he has not properly trained.he offered his self if i trained hm

Put this down in writing and give your trainer a copy and also one to your boss. Put down all the questions you have and go from there. Let it be documented that you are not being trained. If not, you will be fired.

Maybe you should write a simple short note to your boss about this. I am in a service line, proper training must be provided before you actually get hands-on to it. The person who suppose to train is not helping you with your doubts, than the person is actually not doing his/her job properly. If do so, he/she suppose to teach you things and train you. Since you have mentioned that you are on your probation period, the best thing to do now is let your boss know about this before it gets too late. Or else, you might get fired for the wrong reason.

Sounds like that is the answer to your question, get someone to help you, or maybe you are just not cut out for this position and shoud try elsewere

If you speak as badly as you write, I would see how that could hinder you as a provider of customer service/experience.
