Something just doesn't sound right. Not sure exactly how much they owe you but if the amount doesn't justify attorney fees what about small claims court? You also may want to speak with an attorney first. Most will give you a free initial consultation.

Check your contract of employment to see if there are any clauses which have not been read correctly. What you have worked for is your money and you should be entitled to any money owing to you.If the company have told you that you violated the company rules, ask how you supposedly violated them.If they say you did, then why were you not informed of this violation.Sort it out,as it seems as though they are just trying to force the situation on to you.Whether you are a member of a union or not, unless there is a claus in your contract, that money is yours!

I would first of all ask to see what exactly it was that they claim you violated, then seek a lawyer. Unfortunately, this is the only way I see this being resolved. Although, some lawyers will have a free consultation to hear your case and see if it is worth persuing vs. court and fees.

Check with your State Labor Board. Lots of companies have contracts that you sign, but not all are legal. You can sue them for your wages through the Labor board and it wont cost you a thing but time.

the dol has advised you of your options. there aren't any others, but 150 seems steep for a small claims case. is the DOL suggesting you file a normal court case? that seems unnecessary. how much more effort are you willing to spend to collect 330 bucks?

Unfortunatley the advice to get a lawyer, is a good one. Even if it costs your pay you will be able to stand up to the employer and hopefully they won't do it to others. See my profile!

How can you be an executive when you cant spell or use proper english? Is this the reason that you got fired? Whatever you did ,they obviously feel that you owe them some type of restitution for the trouble that you caused.

Are you under any Union during your employment? Such as NTUC? If yes, probably you could seek help from them.

Don't you have a Labor board in your city, go to them, any work that is not paid is against the law.
