Door supevisor course and then get that lincense. a course in scurity and first aid could help

You need to do a Door Supervisor course which is 4 days training and an exam at the end, once you have passed this you can then apply for your licence from the SIA which enables you to become a Bouncer.

NONE, what qualifications does a bar person or a manager need, same answer none.
it would be a bit ridiculous the bouncer was more qualified than the boss.
And as regards licence that is not a legal requirement, in all parts of the UK.
JUST BECAUSE SOMETHING IS ILLEGAL DOES NOT MAKE UNLAWFUL, MAYBE SOMEONE WOULD BE SO KIND TO QUOTE STATUTE ON THIS JOB.

No license to kick people out of bars or keep people in line is required in the UK.maybe a criminal check though.
he should be a seriously minded but fair individual in my opinion.
I ran a bar once.I am 6ft.8"320 lbs so I didn't need a bouncer.
I simply told them to settled down or take it outside.
if they back talked me. I told them again to settle down or they had to leave.
I never had to actually get psychical.

usually they have to be fat stupid and lazy , though some clubs demand that bouncers have gotten away with grievous bodily harm of someone completely defenceless at least 3 times .
