Do u remember how it was when u first embarked on your major career? How has it been?
How old r u now? How much do u earn?
I am a fashion graduated (specialised in buying and merchandising) in 2005, I took a year out and now am soon going to begin on a short course - post grad certificate with internship in January (the whole experience is just 24 weeks!) I am also planning to move out! (my folks aren’t too keen on that) I am so excited!! : ) but now, some how am feeling sick with nerves! This is a big change and opportunity for me…
I am naturally talented and very passionate about buying! I also have confident skills and good experience but have got too nervous - which has never happened before.

My family and I are wanting to relocate to the U.S to be with relatives. However, the only way I know is get a working visa so we can stay in the US longer but temporarily (we don't want to get permanent residency at this stage). To get a working visa though, an employer should sponsor us. I know it is usually easier for nurses or IT Professionals to get sponsorhip, I am a finance professional. I've been to monster.com but no success so far.

Any suggestions on the best way (or agent?) to get an employer to sponsor me? Or any other way to get a temporary residency besides a working visa? I am from Aus.

Thanks!

I am considering a sales leadership position with a budget of over $200MM annually. But would appreciate guidance on what levels the salaries in India would be. I would not be directly managing employees but would be a strategic executive with matrix sales mgrs supporting my deals.

I got a offer to work with this one orgization. One of my friend started it five years ago and have some success, however she tried to bring it up to the next level. She's trying to make it well known around world. Unfortunately her health is starting to decline, so she passed it onto this one guy that has been working with her whole those years.

I don't really know this guy very well, but he offer me to be a part of it. He says that there won't be any profit for a while but he say there will be a lot of traveling around the world and meeting people. He says if things go well, we'll be able to travel and do a lot of things. If it continue to goes well, we'll make some profit.

I like to travel and I really like the organization idea. However I'm sorta of puzzled by my friend handing it over to this guy. This guy is known for refusing to try take care of complaints from former members or other organization. He basicallly tell them to get lost and move on to do what the orgization

I am a job hopper, never finding a career or job I really liked. I have a masters in mass communications but never got a job in the field. Always taking jobs to pay the bills which include teaching, sales (hate), managing a medical office, account management, writing training scripts, ski reporting, travel sales, and debt consultant to name a few. I am not an office person. I do have an avid interest in entertainment, television, radio but I feel I am too old nor probably could afford the pay since I am the sole provider of my house. Any one have any ideas or direction?
Thanks..
