I have 9 years experience in selling multi million US$ equipments in USA. What is my India Potential?

I am considering a sales leadership position with a budget of over $200MM annually. But would appreciate guidance on what levels the salaries in India would be. I would not be directly managing employees but would be a strategic executive with matrix sales mgrs supporting my deals.
