What happens if a company that offers me a job is willing to help me with the visa conversion? IS IT AS EASY AS IT SOUNDS?

Just for the info...I have a BS in engineering from a US university and my F1 visa that I held during that time is expired.

With a B1/B2, you can search for jobs, but not accept employment. It is possible that a company will sponsor you, but I can not make any guarantee. In order to sponsor a foreign worker, it will cost up to $10,000 in legal fees so think about if you really are work 10K more than any other American worker. It will also take nearly six months for the work visa. In the interim, you will be required to leave the country.

I think it would be a better investment to come to America in order to find a girlfriend. If you marry a U.S. citizen, you will get a green card and not need a company to sponsor you.
