The average pay for an Anesthesiologist around 350,000 a year.
But, you have to go through 4 years college for your undergraduates degree, 4 years of medical school, and then another 4-6 years of internship experience before you can actually be a certified anesthesiologist.

highest paid people are who run businesses.. Start a business and sell it via public offering in the stock market or sell it to a bigger company..

I've read that anesthesiologists get paid $100,000 annually...does that help?
