I work for a lab and I have the best job. My boss is amazing and the people I work with are the best. I am a team lead and work directly under my boss. I have been there eight years and know the job like the back of my hand. There is a supervisor position open an hour away from me. It would mean a $2 raise but tons of travel. I have a two year old and a boyfriend who doesnt have a license so they rely on me taking them to and from work and daycare. This would cause some trouble but it is workable. The job site is a mess and means tons of work for me but I know I can do it. Do I stay at the job I am at or go for the challenge? The only thing I would gain is a couple dollars and the title but it would be much more work. But I am bored with my job now and I already do stuff that is not in my job description just to keep busy. Any advice would help. Thanks

I have just moved into an appartment and am struggling so i am looking in to becoming a pole dancer/ lap dancer, people keep telling me that i am worth more than this and i would be a slag. I disagree with this as the men aren't even allowed to touch you! and the people that are telling me this, go to these clubs anyway.

The club is a decent club and there is a chain of them. I don't want people to start thinking of me as a slag, are the people that think this just narrow minded?

need some advice?

And if anyone has ever been a pole dancer/lap dancer what does the audition involve?

So what should I react now?

I have noticed lately that my boss has been bullying me (I went to england for a week and came back to find that all my shifts have been taken away, she puts me on the days and times that i can't work, then yells at me when i can't). She always tells me that i am doing something wrong (when i am not) and she has started malicious rumours about me. what can i do legally to stop this because i like the people i work with?

I'm very flexible..and approachable.. I don't like putting down people, i try to get their better sides, encourage them to encourage their effectiveness.. but there are a few who take advantage. My boss says I'm too weak, she says I need to be more "ruthless" to gain the respect.. what do you think?
