I used to work in H.R. for a major airline. For Flight Attendants or Customer Service Agents we wanted to see good work experience, and Dell is certainly a good company. We also looked for people with Customer Service experience and the personality to deal with all kinds of people. Sounds like you are well on your way to a good job in the airline industry.

I am also working with aviation company as customer care executive but I am sure it wont help you getting job as cabin crew or ground staff member, your work profile is not going to help you , it is better before its too late you do some diploma course concerned to the field you desire to go in for your career

so what you're saying is that you're on a help desk and you want to know if that will help you be cabin crew? Not much of the same skillset, unless you plan on assisting the passengers with their excel macros on the plane!
The only shared skillset is the ability to deal with agitated people, which the cabin crew must do occasionally and not really a part of ground staff.
Taking classes in airline safety, terrorism recognition, and more security related training would probably be much more helpful to get you to where you want to be - because that's a niche skillset not all of the current employees have. Good luck.

really for ground/ ramp personnel you need no prior training, nor as a flight attendant, both of those jobs you will be trained after you are hired. Just be willing to work odd hours and weekends and holidays and you will go far.

i'm waiting to appreciate why you'll possibly might want to need to be fluent in Cantonese on the grounds that you're utilising for a interest in Hong Kong. lots of the staff might want to be speaking in Cantonese and conferences might want to be held in Cantonese. it would want to be extremely puzzling for each man or woman else on the grounds that you're waiting to not talk Cantonese. i pointers on the grounds that you're waiting to talk a staggering type of languages, you seem at different airports.
