Just include the cover letter and resume as attachments to the email.

If the ad lists the address but wants you to respond to the email, you list the Co. name and address. If it doesn't show the address at all the inside address should be co. name and email and/or phone. I also go with To Whom it May Concern, dear sir or madam is gender specific and I hate to that, especially if more than one person may be reading and evaluating.

You submit the cover letter and the resume to the email address just as you would by snail mail. You just put the date.

Always draft your cover letters with the contact and company's full mailing address even if you are sending electronically. Best of luck!

Well, can't you look up the address? Can you go on their Website and find it?

And address it "To Whom It May Concern" rather than "Dear Sir/Madam"-that's not businessy.
