Im going for my second interview for Conn's today. What questions should I ask about the company? What should I ask about a cashier position? What should I be prepared to answer?

If they give you any personality tests to fill out, answer that it is never ok to do drugs, - even if all your friends do or it either off or on the clock and that no - not everybody does them. Say that you would unconditionaly report any theft no matter how small and that it is never ok to take any money at all - even if it is a big company.
Ask about a dress code, benefits, hours, if you will be opening or closing, what to do in a robbery and what a typical day would be like for you. Ask how long the managers have been there and what their goals are. Ask about advancement for your self.
