I had a co worker insult me it really wasn't a bad word (snake, instigator etc.) , it was no big deal to get upset over and totally disrespect me. Not to mention it was in front of all the rest of my co workers. She has been at this job for like 10 years, everyone in the co. knows she is the biggest pot stirrer, so I merely have about a year or so, she isn't professional at all, anyhow I approached this matter to my supervisor and the woman never even got a right up, the superviser said she was sorry my feelings were hurt... should i take this further?

I was offered a very good job. Great pay, interesting work, but it would take me an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half back home. Do you think it is too far to travel everyday?.

I feel I'm at a "standstill". I've worked all kinds of nursing through the years and have a couple of favorites. Where I am now is a good job with GREAT benefits. However; I'm feeling bored and uncaring many times. Should I stay for the benefits? Or move on?
