Hi , just wanted to ask if working in a relative co is disadvantage?

for me as I am the only outsider in this co ? In the morning they can read newspaper even during working time , they can even chit chatting like nobody business & sometimes I alone will not be able to answer many calls & they do not bother & just let the phone rings .

I hate to say it but I think you just answered your own question. Look at what you said about all you do and what they don't do. Unless it's got good benefits you probably need to look for work some where else. You will never advance in this company it sounds like.

Please corret me if I interpret your qn wrongly. You mean tt your boss actually get his own relative to work for him. It is never healthy to get your own relative to work for you coz whatever mistake they made, you are in a diffcult position to reprimand them. The worse thing is that sometimes you have to give your relative a post that he/she is not capable of handling coz your auntie/uncles request you to do so. In any company it is not healthy to get your own relative to work coz it will eventually lead to the downfall of the company
