A friend of mine took the IL bar and passed it in 2000. However, he was never sworn in by the judge to practice in the state. What steps must be taken now to practice law in the state of IL? Thanks!

I have a degree in business administration and I am unable to get a job. I currently work as a records clerk but I want to get into business or even sports marketing or management. What kind of job could I get with a degree in business administration. Please help me because I need a job soon, my wife is pregnant and she just got layed off. I only make $12/ hour and I have to support my family of four with $12/ hour. Please help if you can or give me sound advice.
