Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to
get hired.

Try contacting a load of Building Firms or existing Plumber's and ask them if they are willing to take on some one who is still at College and needs a job or placement to help them continue.

The College might know of some people or companies who have taken on people similiar to youself.

get in touch with plumbers and ask if there is any jobs going as a plumbers mate(just helping out). You may be surprised at the amount of yes's you will get. explain that you are doing a course at the moment.

Go to as many plumming companies as possible. See if they are taking on apprenticies. Get a head start. Write up a CV, say why you want to work for them and why you feel you will be a good plummer. Post it out to as many companies in the area as possible.
