You do not have to stay with your current employer just because you have been confirmed or even you are with them for long time. As long as you feel that the current job is unable to maximise your potential or have no room for future career path, it is advisable to leave the company. You are not bond to the company for life, as long as there is better offer elsewhere you have the right to job hop. Afterall it is your own career path.

You do not have to stay at your employment place just because you have been confirmed. if you feel that the job does not suit you, it is best to leave since once you sign the permanent contract, you will be required to follow other rules in order to leave. Like here instead of one month notice, you will be required to give two.

definitely. you have no obligation to stay, it's not your company. you have to think of your own future.

but you should do the decent thing and give them some notice so they can get a replacement. try to leave on a nice note.
