In the short term - Maybe. In the long term - NO.
Ultimately you will loose your job, and be humiliated as well.
Would you rather hear one statement now: "you're fired"; or two statements later: "you're fired" and "you disgust me".
Better Plan: acquire the necessary competence for your current job - or find another job that you are competent to do.

Your boss can see it one of 2 ways.
Either you are confident and stand up for what you believe in or that you have no respect for authority.
It basically all depends on your bosses personality.

Yes, because that's what managers are - people who collect maggots like you.
We've all seen this in action, apart from a very few occasions, so keep up the bad work soldier.

Nope. Losing your dignity is not a good thing. Usually suck ups are used and then kicked to the curb when there is no more use for them.

Probably. It seems that traditionally the people that kiss a** keep there jobs and get paid better than the people that work hard. Keep it up, it's not what you know but WHO you know!
