Kuwait and all AGCC countries cost of leaving is very high. 375KD is around 1300 US$ which is OK for bachelor not for a family.
A 1 bedroom flat is rented at 3200KD yearly , that comes to 266KD per month for a decent accommodation for a family , if 2 bachelor are going to share , then it will come to 133KD per head. In Short I would advice you not to accept this offer.

Probably, but why would you want to? While Kuwait is a modern country, the Middle East is not generally a place women actually want to move to - just away from. If its for a really great job. you may want to stay for just a short while, make your money and get out.
Edited to add - the woman above me is totally wrong.
375,000.00 KWD = 1,296,904.72 USD
Their currency is way above ours.
