Would some one please help me on this? I really would like to be an actress, but I need advice on what to do first. I am taking drama class this upcomming year, but I really want to become a great one. Anyone have any ideas ?

U must first take drama courses then attract people by doing some shows. It also depends u want to be actress in what kinda of role? Theater, Movies, oneman show, standing up, musical comedy...

have a really good back-up plan. how serious are you about this? if you want to be in movies... sigh... please think seriously otherwise.
Statistically speaking, it'll never happen. I'm sorry. No matter how hot/talented you are.. still unlikely.
don't put all your eggs into this basket. seriously consider other passions in your life that you can translate into a reasonably accessible career for yourself. I think you'll regret not expoloring your passions that could be practically translated into something if you don't do it while you are young.
it is cheapest to figure out who you are now, before you've invested money in college and such. Good luck and I hope everything works out well for you, no matter what!

3)Graduate from college.
So you will have something to live when you finish your dreams of becoming an actress.
