Dear Sir/Madam,
I am enquiring with regards to the position of Parking attendant, and would like to say I'm the heartless bastard your after.
I don't mind being told to go and give 100 tickets indiscriminately just to raise the government more money. As Road Tax and Fuel Tax are clearly not enough for you to build us some decent parking,

Parking wardens are undervalued council operatives that have a difficult job to do. You realise it is a source of revenue for the council, and the high charges are intended to encourage public transport uptake that ultimately benefits the planet as a whole and therefore you would have no problem in sticking a huge fine on the car of a disabled single parent struggling to get her buggy and wheelchair into the boot while making sure her 2 year old doesnt run into the road which is why she is now 5 minutes past her ticket time.

This is difficult. If you can fill in the form, you are over-qualified but, for safety's sake, I think the best thing you could say is probably: "My dad's a cooncilor.''
