I have been at my current job for 7 years now. I began when I was 18, and because of work never went to college. I started as a salesman and over the years have worked my way up into managment. I am on pace to make $140k this year and should not ever make less than $100k if I stay with the company. My wife and I have two wonderful boys (ages 3 & 1). My oldest is starting to realize that I am at work almost all the time (70 hrs/wk). Other than our home and her vehicle, we have no debt. She is a nurse and we have managed to accumulate what I feel is a decent amount of money in savings...plus the equity we have in our home. I dont want to miss my boys growing up, so my question is this: What's out there for someone like myself with no college degree, but with an enormous amount of real world experience, motivation, and ability?

Why do scumbag employer/interviewers penalise you for job hopping crap jobs?

Ie even if you have two mba...

you needed to pay the bills and di not want to scrounge so you took naf, poor pay dead end jobs you hatied, were boring, with no furtutre, training or development...

Simply for cash...

TYou clearly worked hard, you want work...

but they say job hopper put CV in trash as you bothered to work hard...

Why bother...

Why not become a prostitute selling drugs to children to fund a bak robbery when all that happens id job hopping means you dont get a decent job if any as you took on awful poor pay work and tried to improve yourself

Lets see they want the truth but then just use the truth to reject you... So you have no money and can't pay the bills...

How many borning low pay dead end jobs get listed as fantasic opportunity instead or crap job, crap pay but hey if despirate contact us...

Likewise if honest why do they get up set when if they ask what salary you like.... you answer £1,909,000 a week and a company speedboat)

Or what do you like doing?..... going out with the lads to get pissed, do some dope, and try our best to get a shag, pref with two girls at the same time.

People need work but to an employer its not their problem if you are going to loose your house...

So whats the big deal in lying to get a job, knowing you get the sack when found out simply to get experience as employers seem obsessed by that...

No job, no experience, no experience, no job.

If lying you clearly want to get off your *** and not sponge benefits .

And at least you get to pay the bills.
