Depends on how long ago it was and whether it has any relevance to any key skills that you may need in a new job. Sometimes you may think there is no relevance but it could show an employer that you have experience in a field that you may think unrelated.

Depends on how long ago your first job was. You should not leave a 'hole' in your work history although, if it was not relavent to what you're applying for now, you don't have to go into any great detail. The question of relevance is not straight forward. Even if your first job was in a completely different field, some things such as responsibility, management, or problem solving ability carry over.

The only reason I can think of NOT to list would be if the job were more than 5 years, or so in the past. Even most espectially if it were a very short assignmen, say, just a few months. If it was a job that lasted more than, say, a year or two, you should, perhaps count that. If it was more than ten years ago, and it was not related, in any way, to the job, then I wouldn't bother.

If the job is totally irrelevant to the kind of work you're seeking, then you should absolutely leave it out. But if it's related in anyway to what you want, then it's OK to include.

The KEY to a resume is to only list skills and experience relevant to the job or kind of work you're seeking.

Sure. Even if it has nothing to do with what you're applying for, it's work experience, and they want people who have had more experience regarding more things.
