In a situation like yours, you might find it hard to decide. I will seriously encourage you to ask around to find out more about both companies, as a 3rd opinion might help you decide. As for me, I normally will ask myself, what will i get out of the job. Since both offer you the job, the salary might be different, however, how about job prospect? which one has more room for you to progress? hope that can help you to decide better.

The Humana job is clearly a better job. Make your decision and ONLY accept the job you plan on sticking with. Blowing a great job like the first one because of the month long wait is awfully short sighted.
