I have one coworker who belches incessantly. Another who eats at her desk and chews with her mouth open. The second cowoerker also swears like a sailor and has loud personal conversations on the phone containing profanity and inappropriate subject matter. i have complained to my boss, but I sense he is too embarrassed to address the mofre personal issues - specifically the noisy eating and stinky food in the office. What should I do?

I have a good job now, but very boring and uninteresting. I am a very sociable person and always wanted to work in retail, specifically a high end store and be able to interact with people. The mall is an option, but would definately be a step backwards from where i am now. Do i go for what would make me happy or stick with the better financial decision?

He has started to make comments in front of me to other coworkers about me also. We have never had sex and never will. He has been calling me all kinds of name and said I paid him for sex...etc.

I work at a printing company and there is this guy who is in charge of alot of the projects we do. This guy walks around all day acting like he runs the entire place. He walks fast and he is very demanding. He has little consideration for me and the work that I do. He gave me extra work to do that isn't even in my work qualifications....I am a graphic designer and he keeps making me do filing because he knows I hate it and it hurts my back when I have to bend down. What should I do about this guy? He is the next one down from my boss who is the Plant Manager. Who should I talk to? He is driving me crazy and making me feel horrible. FYI...he has done this to a few people.

I am looking into the possiblility of moving to Japan, but two things are dangling in the air: I will obviously need to work, and I do not have a good mastery of the language. I know there are companies out there that hire non-native speakers, but I am hoping to get as many sources as I can to do research. My area of specialty is Finance

I was recently hired for a job, but upon a background check, they said that my references weren't what they expected. Now my references are flawless, up till my last job. After my 90 days they didnt give me benefits or a raise, so my above and beyond type of work fell to what was required of me. They didnt like this, so they fired me. At dismissal they wanted me to sign a paper with a list of accusations that were so crazy that I told them I wouldnt sign my name to that! I know this place is giving out bad information on me based on the last week or so I was there, this isnt fair, considering that everyone, even the owners, said that I was the best they ever had in that position! Who can I contact?
