Accenture.. no doubt
TCS is a third rate consulting firm a.k.a Body Shop...Business Dev Consultant looks good on paper, but it is a crappy job.

On the long term the SD Functional consultant is interesting if you want to become a manager.
The real question is : are you interested in sales or advice and (maybe) management.

Can you give more details on what these are? #2 sounds like it would probably last you longer, the #1 choice sounds like it wouldn't apply to very many companies if you ever decided to change jobs. Good luck. :)

look at benefits,It is very important if your going to have a family......they need to be taken care of
salary, More money is always a good thing.
and room to grow with the job, You want to be able to grow....as you get older, you get experience......with that you can get more money...Raises
