I hv got 2 job offers on hand.
1) Accenture SAP (S&D) Functional Consultant
2) TCS - Business Devpt Consultant.

I am finding it difficult to choose the best of the 2, Can you please give me the pros & cons

You need to consider several factors:
-Salary
-Benefits (Health, Dental, Sick time etc)
-Location (Commuting time)
-Room for advancement
-Actual duties
-Which one appeals to you more?

Accenture.. no doubt
TCS is a third rate consulting firm a.k.a Body Shop...Business Dev Consultant looks good on paper, but it is a crappy job.

On the long term the SD Functional consultant is interesting if you want to become a manager.

The real question is : are you interested in sales or advice and (maybe) management.

Can you give more details on what these are? #2 sounds like it would probably last you longer, the #1 choice sounds like it wouldn't apply to very many companies if you ever decided to change jobs. Good luck. :)

look at benefits,It is very important if your going to have a family......they need to be taken care of

salary, More money is always a good thing.

and room to grow with the job, You want to be able to grow....as you get older, you get experience......with that you can get more money...Raises

um.. i'd go with #2. sounds cooler.
