ratio of revolving account balances to revolving credit lines.......

Explain to me why the goverment taxes us on income earned for a year and then after we get a refund we have to claim it on the next yeras taxes? That seems like I am being taxed twice for the same income.

this is personal check from personal checking account in Bank of america or Washington mutual & that's the exact amount you have. So after the check gets cashed, you have zero balance. will this be a problem for any reason?

Do personal injures case/lawsuits settle out of court? If insurance companies don't want to pay you why do they settle? Also do the person your suing have any say in the settle or not? Also if the person you are suing wanted to settle, do the insurance company settle? What do they do?

Do I suck?
I currently make around 75k, have 125k in the stock market, own 3 rental properties and have 30k in cash and am in my early 20's. Rental Properties generate an additional 60k in taxable income. Plus another 3-5k in dividend income. Other kids my age are buying jet skis and every expensive toy they see. Do I suck? I dream of owning my own business some day after getting several years in the corporate world and being free from the rat race. Based on my total assets will I need a pre-nup to? I never want to lose them through a gold-digging hoe bag. I do love women just dont want cut everthing I have done in half.

I have a checking account linked to my credit account, this checking account i closed long time ago, and did not remove it from my online bank account, I wanted to pay my credit card and I accidently chose my old checking accoutn which was closed, and the amount was for 606$, after knowing that I wanted to canel the payment, I found the payment statusas paid, but still I am not credited for the payment I did?

i bought it off the council for £60500 3 years ago and can now sell..trouble is my partner doesnt want to move but i was wondering if he could buy it off me as i want to pay some debts off with whats left over.its now valued at £115000.the mortgage as been in my name for the 3 years.i have a secured loan of £24000 as well which is crippling us in repayments.if i sold it to him i could pay this off but still live here with him.how would we go about it..solicitors or estate agent...i dont know where to start? thanks again marie

We live in central NJ and there are no places for infants - 5 year-olds to play indoors. I am considering what I would need to know before getting to involved: I know things like Insurance, Rent and equipment. I would not have employees besides our immediate family to get started.

Everyone seems itnerested - but the big question is - if this is such a good idea - how come no one else is doing this?
