I was lucky enought not to have a mortgage, but was curious about those that do.

Makes me wonder if Gorden Brown's past preaching was right, when he was pushing the idea of fixed rate mortgages...

I recently lost most of my income and right now all my bills are due at once. There is no way I can pay everything and I remember someone telling me once that under Iowa law,you are allowed to skip a house payment once each year. Is this true? I am afraid to call my bank, because i know they will ask me to make full payment. If anyone knows of a website they can refer me to that has this information I would really appriciate it.

We have an extremely good marriage. The business will be an interior design business. My husband will help with administrative duties, as well as, paint rooms and assist with installing pictures. Which business structure would be most beneficial for tax purposes? Maybe we should start off as sole propiertorship than go to LLC partnership? Please advise." Thank you much. in Yahoo! Answers

Hi All, can I have your advise please.

I have a flat which I bought in November 06 which I spend no time in as i stay at boyfriends. My mortgage payment is £535.00/month on a repayment mortgage of approx 89k.

I can get a three year no void deal which will service the interest but not all of the capital so would cost me approx £100.00 month. My mortgage company says I can keep current deal.

I bought it for 100k and they are now selling for 120k but I would have to pay £1500.00 in redemption fees to mortage company on top on solicitors and estage agent fees.

What does everyone think I should do, rent it out for a long term investment or sell and put money on deposit in bank.

Thanks

I paid approximately $375 online (at trademark website) to register several trademarks. About 5 months later I received some papers in the mail from the trademark office, and assumed they told me that my names were protected. (I was busy with some business issues). However, now I do a search of their website and find that it states that my names are DEAD.

What step did I miss in order to truly secure my trademarks??
