I work for a company that owns and manages several manufactured home communities and our lot rent is every month. I'm sure it would be the same for a trailer park.

It is every month. I don't know of any other way. There are places where you can buy your lot. Florida is one state that I know of. It is expensive. Like $50,000 for a 50' x 100' lot.

Most lots set aside for mobile or manufactured home living is paid every month.

every month unless it`s a camp ground.open all year then you place your trailer there all year then it`s every six month`s oryou can pay yearly with a contract

It can be whatever the landlord wants but usually its EVERY month.
