I wish to verify the genuinness of the attached letters bellow.I was a volunteer who came to Nigeria to assist in the agriculture sector in one of the universities in Nigeria.I can't remember if i met these fellows who claim to be presidents in your church and I don't know how the got my email address.This looks like a scam mail to me and I want to forward same to the law enforcement agencies.

my partner has left me ,and taken our daughter aged 3 ,she is due our second child in november .i have been left with the mortgage and the house ,(sounds ideal !) i make sure i give her £100 per week for childcare ,mutual agreement .she says she doesnt want the house ,and when we can move our mortgage in february she wants buying out .
has she a legal right to turn it around and move back in and kick me out ,if her decision to leave backfires?? since she has left , i have spent a fortune on the house doing it up ,would the courts take her side ,because she has a child??? she left me ,im paying all the mortgage ??? any advice would be good many thanks

A friend of mine has been served with the abov e notice. When he told that he can vacate in a weeks time, th estate agent is telling he needs 1 month notice. I find it amusing as the tenant has been served a notice by the landlord to vacate in 2 months time.
