I am moving into the city for hospital reasons and I'm asking my friend to move into my house while I'm gone and all I'm asking her is to pay me the amount of the mortgage, not one cent more. She'll be putting the money into my bank account and I will send it to the mortgage payment. Is that considered income? Do I need to report it?? I'm not making money off of the house, just asking someone to pay me the mortgage amount so I could pay it while they take care of my house.

My lease has expired. Property management can't tell me anything. Will the bank let me know my options? Or am I on my own? Is there a website I can find out if they are in foreclosure? Downtown is 20 miles away. I don't have the time to make the trip to the county recorders office. Do I pay the rent to the bank? Or do I continue to pay the owners?

i want to get an aparment or mobile home under section 8. but i'm afraid that down the line when i want to buy a home for good without section 8, i won't be able to. like, my credit will be messed up or it will show or something. this is a big fear of mine. i am in a position where i can still figure something else out. i want to know if section 8 hurts you later on in life. i don't want to do it and regret it. please, if you've had it or have it, can you tell me if its worth it? is it helpful? will it hurt my future?

I am physically disabled and would like to work.

I do not want to work $7 to $10 an hour; I want to work at least $15 to $30 an hour.

Aside from becoming a doctor or a pharmacist, what other degree that is easy but pays what I need? How many years do I have to remain in school for?

Remember I am physically challenged, which means I am relatively weak.

Just in case you've forgotten every person has a dream, my dream is to own a Kramer Paul Dean Signature Model guitar. Recently one person offered to sell me his, for $600.00 and my question is the following. It's difficult to save that kind of money, so I was thinking of getting a card who can cover that amount. I just got an offering by mail from Visa Platinum for a credit line of $1,000. If I apply for this card just to purchse this guitar, then cancel it later on will that affect my score. I know I will ONLY use it for this purchase only. I make my payments on time. Is this is bad move, or what because I also don't want to mess up my credit score. What would you suggest? I signed up for www.daily.co.uk, for a domain name (I dont live in the UK), and I picked a one year service plan, does that mean if you have an account and you just pick one year, as soon as the one year is over they cancel your domain name, or does it stay and you keep paying once a year? Thanks.

In the UK what is the percentage of households that have natural gas appliances? Gas Stove, oven, space heater, clothes dryer, water heater, etc.

Is it mostly all electrics in the UK? Every time I see photos or videos of modern UK, the homes always have an electric cook top. Why does the UK prefer electric appliances over gas appliances? Isn't natural gas cheaper in the UK than using electricity to cook and heat with?

A legal office has sent me a letter regarding account delinquency from a creditor. Obviously, I know I must pay it, but I don't have the whole amount. Can I send them a partial payment? And then make payments? If I call them, do you think they will be willing to negotiate a payment plan? Or will I need to secure financing on my own from a bank or credit union and pay in full? Help! I dont know what to do.

the place was a wreck so i took the doors off the cabinets and painted everything white to make it look nicer. i feel it makes it much better but am worried the owner will charge me or evict me. i also added some shelves and painted some of the walls. what kind of fines can i expect?
