I need desperately to move out of my parents house by mid-August. I have been applying for jobs outside of the area since May, and have gotten no leads. My resume was written by one of those workforce places, and so it should not be too bad. I am in my mid 20's.. with summerly clerical experience working for a department head at a hospital. (Director of Nursing). Same company hired me back each year, even created a position for me one summer. But that is only a temp position and does not accomplish my goal of moving away from my current area. I hate sales, I absoulutely suck trying to sell stuff. I need garunteed income for bills/rent.. Not commission.. Ive been looking in Admin Assit.. and all of my searching has been with online job searches.. Is there a better way to find a job in a different state? What jobs should I be qualified for with my BA? HELP!! I need a job my parents (uptight) will let me move out on my own to work.. I need to become financially independent!

Hi, Im using PayPal with an HSBC Maestro Debit Card (I havent got the SecureCode thing yet) But my card issuer wont allow me to carry out the transactions, first it would allow a payment to one merchant, but not another, but now its not allowing that one either. What should I do?

scenario:an unmarried couple sign a lease agreement. one of the two moves out but remains on lease and returns to the house daily to care for the other who has suffered a stroke. her belongings still remain as well but does maintain a second address. the stroke victom dies and the benificiary (adult offspring of deceased) comes to house and changes locks and removes entire contents that belonged to the couple and tells girl that she is not allowed on property. not allowed to remove her personal belongings or anything. the property is a rental mind you my question is does the benificiary have the right to evict the co leaser and change the locks without the actual owners consent? can the landlord let the co leaser in to get her stuff? can the benificary do this? the landlord knew of the one moving and was aware of reasons and knew she still came in daily and they still were a couple. no changes were made to lease. the landlord sideswith the co leaser
any one know?

So I put in my 2 week notice yesterday (Friday), and my boss informed me today that i will be leaving the 20th and that i should work the full 2 weeks after I asked if I can leave at a certain time....My friends tell me that it's BS and after I put in my 2 week notice I can leave at anytime and that my boss is just trying to screw me over because I don't know any better...(this being my first job)...I really want to leave because I have another job lined up and they want me to come in a couple days a week to get trained before i start...What should I do? Stick it out for the 2 weeks or just...leave? I mean...i did give a notice....? I dont know. Help!

I am starting as a real estate agent next week and really want to rock my new job. It seems like many of the agents I meet wear suits. Do I need to wear pant and skirt suits when I am meeting clients? I assume this means closed toed shoes and hose as well.

I ask because my roomate got us evicted for not paying rent on time...they said I could 'pay the months rent or vacate premises within 3 days) however he doesn't have the rent money....do we have to pay that months rent late if we just leave ? I have a friend that is moving and is going to stop paying all his bills. He has a house and 10 acres of land that me and my hubby would like to get. Our credit is bad, and so he was going to go to attorney and get rent to own papers drawn up untill we can get credit up some more. It is rising every month. Problem is he has a HELOC for about 20,000. Will they foreclose if he does not pay this amount? We really want this house but we can not afford the HELOC payment and the house payment. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we may can do to get this house?

I am a great tenant and have been reliable. But now I want to move, but my credit is not good. It was rejection after rejection to find the place I am in. Are the only people "worthy" of getting an apartment or a leased home those with great credit, or am I doomed to settle to move into one of those shady areas where credit doesn't matter?

I have been on the computer researching information on starting a small business from a formal business plan to grants and loans. The business I plan to start is retail. The location is going to be in a rural area appealing to the younger generation of men, women, and children. Some other items I plan on selling are acessories such as costume jelwery, handbags, and sunglasses. Basically I am trying to teach myself the fundementals of owning and running a small business. I don't plan to have the business up and running until the Spring of 2008 to give me time to get everything together. Every website I have visited from googling 'small business grants" wants me to pay for a book or cd to be informed on goverment and federal grants. If there is anyone out there who is willing to help me how can I get information for free to apply for a small business grant or any other grant in the catergory of minority, woman, or start up business. Please I need help.
