Debit Card and PayPal?

Hi, Im using PayPal with an HSBC Maestro Debit Card (I havent got the SecureCode thing yet) But my card issuer wont allow me to carry out the transactions, first it would allow a payment to one merchant, but not another, but now its not allowing that one either. What should I do?

Have you recently had a new issue card?/ If so, take the entire card off, and reregister it with the new issue number.

Otherwise, you will have to wait until you can verify it.
